The kids had a long day of testing today. I really hate the standardized test idea. I feel bad that they have more tomorrow, and the next day. They are not learning anything and come home burned out. Today Tommy's class tested from 9:00-3:45 with a lunch break and short "specials". That is five and a half hours of tests. They have more tomorrow and the next day. UGH
I finished a baby quilt top today. I can't wait to finish the quilt. It is a gift for the baby boy of my dear friend. Once I finish this quilt I get to start one for my sister-in-law. She is having a girl and I am so excited. Then, I will make one or two for my no name baby girl.
