We had a really nice down pour on Saturday. The power went out a couple of times. The kids went out and ran around in the driveway and had a great time. Burke was really scared of the rain, but everyone else loved it. I have to admit that it was Steve's idea, and I didn't want them to go out in it. Then I remembered being a little kid playing in the rain and how fun it was. I'm glad they did it. It was amazing how fast the water was filling the street.
Burke was watching from the front door, trying to decide if he was brave enough to try it.
